Pastors and Staff
Elders
Elders provide guidance on the spiritual affairs of the church. They support and advise the Senior Pastor in matters related to spiritual direction, Biblical teaching, and the overall spiritual health of the congregation. They participate in meetings to discuss and vote on spiritual matters and decisions affecting the church’s spiritual life.
Trustees
Trustees oversee the business and legal affairs of the church. Their responsibilities include advising on the annual budget, managing financial matters, handling loans, human resources, and overseeing the church property. They help ensure that the church operates with integrity and accountability in all administrative and financial areas.
Leadership Structure
The Foundry is a non-denominational church under the spiritual covering of the International Ministerial Fellowship (IMF), an association of evangelical churches focused on Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit.
We are a pastor-led church, and our leadership includes trustees and elders who oversee both the spiritual and practical matters of the church.
